Privacy
This waiting list is run by Hamed for the Chess, again concept. Joining is optional and does not take payment or reserve a device.
Your signup
We save your email address, email-consent choice and version, signup time, venture and campaign tags to understand interest and send relevant concept updates or research invitations. We do not collect payment information, addresses or photos.
A deployed version uses private Vercel Blob storage. The form confirms success only after a record is saved. If storage is unavailable, it shows an error and does not claim your signup succeeded.
Removing your signup
After your first successful signup, keep the private removal link shown in the confirmation. Open it to remove your signup and withdraw email consent. The link uses a private token rather than your email address. Anyone with that link can remove the signup, so do not share it.
Open signup removal if you already have your private link. We do not send an automatic confirmation email, so save the link before leaving the confirmation screen.
Optional analytics and advertising
You can allow analytics only, allow analytics and advertising, or decline both. Your choice is saved on this device. Use the site’s Privacy settings control to change or withdraw it. You can join without allowing either.
With analytics consent, PostHog measures visits, selected interactions and successful signups. Events exclude your email, photos, private removal tokens and raw query strings. Session recording and automatic interaction collection are disabled. Local review does not send live measurement unless deliberately enabled for testing.
If configured, Google Tag Manager loads after you allow analytics or advertising and manages measurement tags according to those choices. Analytics consent does not grant advertising consent. Both start denied.
Retention
We keep signup records while the concept is being evaluated and review whether they are still needed before launch. Use your private removal link to delete your record sooner. Campaign information is removed with the record.
